Rules

Night fishing is intended only for the "carp" species, with immediate release of all catches with the usual precautions necessary for the survival of the fish. The catches must not leave the pond under any circumstances. The use of the storage bag is strictly prohibited.

Each fisherman must be in possession of a healing product for fish (Betadine, etc.).

Three lines  are authorized per fisherman (possibility of fishing with four lines with a supplement of 5 euro per night), with only one single hook per line. Those in charge reserve the right to control the assemblies by raising a line.

Seeds must be cooked and soaked, pellets and boilies are the only bait authorized, peanuts are prohibited.

The large individual landing mat (minimum 110 cm) is compulsory as well as a large carp landing net (minimum opening 100 cm). Night fishing will be assisted by the use of an electronic detector and a rod swinger. The vehicles will be parked in the car parks provided for this purpose immediately after unloading the equipment. No vehicle will circulate around the ponds between 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 a.m.

"Visitors" are not admitted (except authorizations).

"visitors" must park at the entrance (at the locations provided) and must leave before 7pm.

The shelters and fishing tents will be discreet in color (camouflage). The pitches will be carefully cleaned every day. Gas barbecues are tolerated within the enclosure of the pond, “wild” fires on the ground are prohibited.

Given their fragility, sturgeons and white cupids will be released immediately without knocking them down, without weighing them out of the water or unnecessary handling .

Sturgeons must never be taken with a landing net and must be returned to the water as soon as possible.

“Dangerous” rigs for fish are prohibited: “bent-hook” hooks, braids in the main line or “snatched” strand and all rigs that do not allow the lead to be released immediately in the event of breakage ( verification possible at any time). The hooks will be barbless or with the barb perfectly crushed and of size 2 maximum, the "micro barbs" are not authorized.

The thread must be 35 hundredths minimum. Braiding is prohibited.  The "Lead core" is prohibited. The leader wire must be less resistant than the main line and must not exceed 30cm in length. The lead must be released in the event of breakage.

weights over 110g are not permitted.

It is forbidden to enter parts of the property closed to the public and to enter the water further than a boot height.

Bait boats may be used provided that they do not cause inconvenience to other fishermen. The other boats are prohibited on the pond of the marinerie and the pond of prémalvy (authorized on the pond of the ditch).

Fishermen must set up on the numbered posts they have chosen and within the delimited perimeter - Maximum 2 fishermen on 1 post.

All the equipment (tents, walking sticks, etc.) must be installed so as not to obstruct the circulation of vehicles around the pond. In the event of an incident or breakage, we will not be responsible for any damage caused.

The abuse of alcohol or the use of illegal products will result in penalties accordingly (beer capsules must be picked up).

In bad weather, the fall of a branch can cause material damage. These will not be taken care of by the owner.

(Clean) toilets are available to fishermen and must remain so.

in respect of image rights, the signatories expressly authorize the owner to freely publish their photos on the site.

Failure to comply with one of the points of the regulations implies the immediate and final exclusion without reimbursement of the fisherman in addition to the penalties provided for by law.

Smokers should not throw their cigarettes on the ground (pick up butts) or in the barbecue in the pond of the marinerie. It is forbidden to smoke in the chalet.

The braid is strictly forbidden even for "Spong" and for any other kind of fishing.
